An address conflict between your email address and the saved address can be the cause of the mail remaining unsent. If the address is not in the address book then add the email address to your address book. This often helps to get that stubborn email sent. Check the send options in your Outlook

2nd Thursday in a row now that I cannot send emails? I did not make any changes to settings.
